Order Processing
Most of our products are personalized and made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item, quantity, level of customization, and current order volume. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability.

Shipping
Shipping is available for eligible orders. Standard shipping is $8.00, with free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.

Shipping transit time is generally 3–5 business days after your order has been completed and shipped. Please remember that processing time for personalized items is separate from shipping transit time.

Once your order has shipped, available tracking information will be provided. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Custom & Rush Orders
If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. Rush requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.
